St Mary’s Good Will Center

I love this thrift store. It is a favorite of mine and my husband’s and because it’s only open (currently) the FIRST Saturday of each month (in addition to most weekdays I think… probably best to call ahead and find out) we plan any trip to SEK around St. Mary’s Goodwill’s open Saturday weekends. It’s that good. Seriously. VERY clean and well organized thrift store and what they sometimes lack in selection is more than made up for by the friendly service and low prices. I have never walked out of here empty handed and have shopped here on and off since I was a teenager (20 years ago). It is a well run store and the larger stores and secondhand chains could take a lot of tips from them, to be honest! When you walk in there’s a dry erase board posted straight ahead with the day’s sales on it and they are always a very good variety and offer extra value. I highly recommend this place. It is not hard to find, either. Just a block east of Broadway and a block west of St. Mary’s Colgan school in downtown Pittsburg.
