Was in a bind with NO heat for 10 days, r/​t poor service by HCA warranty assigned heating company. Called in the afternoon spoke with Maryann whom was nothing but sympathetic. Terry was the tech she dispatched. Terry had the furnace on within 30 mins, cleaning up the mess the previous company x4 techs created! It’s unacceptable I had to live like I did. Salego Lower Burrell pa HCA horrible company assigned. So, kudos to Terry for my heat on and saved a ton of $$$$$.
