Horrible experience. I ordered two baskets to be delivered to Houston for the holidays. They sent the wrong cards in the baskets, which was quite embarrassing as these were for professional colleagues. I had to rush send baskets from another company. In addition, they replied by email that they would fully refund my money, but more than 2 weeks later i am now sending another email as my money has not posted to my credit card.
Completely unprofessional, i would never recommend anyone use this company.
