Walking into BCBG while Meredith is working is way better than going dress shopping with your best friend. I chose one gown to try on and, without being prompted, she brought me 4 others she thought i might like while i was still in the changing room — assuring me that being on a hanger does them no justice.
Meredith made herself readily available to help me in & out of the dresses, and even snapped a few pictures for me so i could compare side by side.
I couldn’t be happier with the dress i bought for my wedding reception — one of Meredith’s picks that i wouldn’t have thought to try on.
Both women working, Meredith and Kelly, were honest, very helpful, & supportive (key when you’re about to tear your hair out because you’ve been trying on gowns all day).
BCBG, you should up these women’s pay.

I had the rudest interaction with the staff working at this location this past Sunday afternoon. I am a regular BCBG shopper and I know what kind of customer service to expect when shopping at a BCBG store. Upon entering the store, neither employee working greeted me or my friend, I walked around the store and picked up many articles of clothing with no acknowledgement what so ever. When I made up my mind that I would not be making any purchases to support the commission of either employees working that evening, I approached the nearest one and inquired about the next store wide sale. She smiled and pointed me in the direction of the 40% off clearance rack in a effort to quickly shoo me off. I kindly asked her again when the next STORE WIDE sale is that BCBG seasonally offers, and she replied «I don’t think we ever have store wide sales».By now she drew over the attention of, what I assumed to be, the store manager and looked to her for confirmation. I inquired again, now this time to the store manager, «when is your next 30% off store wide sale?» Her reply: «BCBG does not offer 30% off store wide». At this point I refuse to back down and I reply with «I know BCBG seasonally offers store wide sales, I shopped at the one this past spring». She looked at me like a deer in headlights and reponded with «oh you mean the 20% off sale, it starts Thursday» and walked off! Maybe I caught these two at a bad time but I was highly disappointed with the level of customer service I received on this visit. Disgusted by her attitude, I decided to exit the store, but not before trying on an excellent leather and wool coat which I plan on purchasing online now. I will not be returning to this BCBG location for a while. I give it two stars because despite the bad attitude, BCBGs clothes are excellent.
