It is a rude place, my doctor is Labove, she speaks very little,
after I told her that I want to get a Rigid gas permeable lens, she told me that I would hate them, but she would still get me a pair if I want.
I insisted and was told that I have to pay $ 75 for eye exam and $ 125 for contact fitting fee.
After I paid all of these, she told me that I will not get a prescription even after I get my contact lenses, which means I have to buy lenses from her from now on!
It is absurd!
Patients have the rights to get their prescription, I may move to other places and my future doctor may needs to know my previous data!
The cold assistant told me that I can talk to their office manager about this, but she only told me that their office manager would contact me when she is available, I have no way to contact her.
