Great price for a cute little two story get-​away. I came to Pittsburgh to visit my sister, and this charming «hotel» in Lawrenceville fit the bill perfectly. There is a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a gigantic bathroom, and there is even an inflatable mattress downstairs as well as a queen sized bed upstairs. It would be a tight squeeze to inflate the mattress. but I slept on the super comfy couch. It would be a great place to stay for a week or a weekend (I only stayed for one night).
Note: the price is excellent, but you should be aware that check in is after 3pm, and check out is at 11am. A little inconvenient if you are only staying for a night (I ended up just buying two nights so that I could sleep in). HOWEVER, the value of not having to rent a car and find a place to park while in lawrenceville COMPLETELY made up for it.
All in all the Briarwood Home is a great place to stay at while in Lawrenceville!
