This hotel is pretty but the workings of it are awful! The front desk is sweet but the manager is the most petty, short tempered little man I have ever met with the biggest Napoleon Complex. He was so rude and acted like his mistakes we’re MY fault while simultaneously denying there was even a problem! And on top of that, I found bed bugs! BEDBUGS! i was so horrified I just had to leave. Im never stepping foot in that God forsaken motel again.

Bed bugs. We found three of them. What else do you need to know? Oh, one other thing — we brought this to the attention of the owner/manager — he did not apologize or show any concern. In fact, he really said nothing but just glared at us as if we were doing something wrong. However, he did reimburse us without any argument — so at least that can be said. Additionally, one of the workers thought it was inhumane to kill the bed bugs so he put them in the dumpster. Look — bed bugs are serious business and in my 30+ years of traveling this has never happened to me. So be on the look out.

I stay here for few days every other month and they never disappoint. It’s always clean, comfortable, and quiet. The prices are below most Hotels in the area and they are just as nice if not nicer than most.

Decent hotel within minutes of downtown Pittsburgh. Room was small, but the place was clean and staff was very friendly(especially Jasmine the breakfast girl). Would stay here again.

Pleasant surprise, right out of downtown Pittsburgh PA. Location is a little different. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was excellent as the mattress was very comfortably. Very easy access to downtown and surrounding events. Will definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern.

This comfort inn was suitable. It’s nothing special or flashy, but it got the job done for a two night stay. The hotel is in a very awkward spot, on the side of a hill on a busy one way street. There’s nothing within walking distance except an «Adult Mart» next door if you’re into that… The staff was friendly enough. The room was very clean and modern, although small. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. Edible but not impressive. Overall just an average but clean comfort inn.

So glad I chose this hotel. I was deciding between here and something closer to downtown(for alot more money of course), but I was so happy with this choice. Less expensive, but literally about 5 minutes driving from downtown. Was in town over night for the Pittsburgh Steelers game. Hotel is very close to Heinz Field and very easy to get there and back. Easy to find when mapping out directions, good location/area. Check-in was very easy and pleasant… front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Hotel was very clean and nice looking. Room was clean, roomy, king size bed very comfy. Heat worked well, bathroom was clean & good shower. Complimentary breakfast served from 6 – 9, was very good… sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, pastries, cereal, coffee, juices, milk. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Pittsburgh next time!

I stayed here last minute on route to a wedding. It was clean and basic, and the people who worked there were pleasant. The location is a little odd, right off a one-way highway making it difficult to get in and out. Other than that, it was your basic Comfort Inn. Nothing grand, but nothing bad either.
