I like the new location. It’s spacious and clean with lots of tables and seating. The staff here is pleasant enough. I’m not too crazy about Crazy Mocha coffee/​drinks in general, though. Everything always tastes a little watered down to me. The last time I visited, I was prepared to spend about an hour getting some work done, but the Wifi wasn’t working. Boo! I was annoyed. This was a frequent issue at the old location too.

Crazy Mocha is okay. I honestly do not like their brewed coffee as it is super watery no matter what blend I choose and I think their espresso is too bitter. That being said, the shop is clean, they’re quick and it isn’t THAT bad. It is very convenient for me as it is next to the gym. If you are looking for a cup of coffee, Crazy Mocha is fine. If you are seeking Pittsburgh’s best cup of joe, keep looking.

The new location offers a much brighter shop with a lot of seating. The usual drinks are still on the menu. They also have an outside courtyard now which is great for grabbing some fresh air and people watching. The WI-​Fi seems to be much more reliable here now.
