great cappucino, tasty biscotti, and very nice service. I went back to get another biscotti because the nuts tasted bad/old in the first one, but the flavor was really good(coconut lemon) and i crave biscotti, and the barista gave me the second one(chocolate espresso) for free. Both flavors were really good. I like their selection of biscotti flavors, will definitely be back to try the cranberry orange and red velvet!

So I was never a consistent coffee drinker until I started working in the 500 Grant Street building. I had been to Crazy Mocha before and I must say that their coffee is the best I’ve had around here. It’s so much better than Starbucks and it’s a local chain, which I love to support the locals. 95% of the time, I get a small, iced coffee with a shot of vanilla. The staff prepare my coffee before I even tell them what I want as they all pay attention and remember what I and other patrons like.(Sometimes, they don’t even charge me for the shot). They’re always nice and eager to start a conversation with you, even if it doesn’t take long to prepare your drink. The selection of coffee there is typical of any coffee joint. Hot coffee, iced coffee(my fav), lattes, mocha’s, cocoamochas(delish), etc. The baristas know so much about each coffee as I was inquiring about a purchase for making some at home. The white cocoa-mocha is amazing!(if you’re not on a diet). The cookies come in fresh everyday. If you buy them at the end of the day or if for some reason they aren’t fresh, they’ll tell you they aren’t and they’ll discount them if you still want them. They’re huge and delicious! They’ve never let me down and as I stated before, the best coffee around until someone guides me elsewhere.

The staff here is always friendly and energetic. They try really hard to get to know people and learn their preferences. The coffee is pretty good and the flavor of the day is usually worth trying, especially English Toffee.
