I first started working with Deawna during a Project Jumpstart program…10 months later I’m still working out 3 – 5 days a week and tracking what I eat. The program is a great way to get practical advice on making a lifestyle change to be healthier! So far I’ve taken TurboKick and Rave Energy with Deawna and they are fantastic workouts. She pushes you to work hard and is extremely positive and encouraging. I look forward to meeting the other instructors as well as my schedule permits.
