As a real estate investor (part time. not nearly Donald Trump level) I’ve worked with several agents over the years. Dan stands out as one of my favs so far. I found Dan on Unilocal and decided to call him based on the great reviews. Based on the first convo we had, I had a feeling I found the right agent for me. He was very professional, pleasant, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable of the Pittsburgh area, and shortly after we spoke I received emails with properties that fit my criteria; plus he added lots of other useful info. I’m in the process of looking for homes and Dan is making the process easier and more pleasant. So at this point, I’d totally recommend him. I’ll write an update if I close on a home.

dan and his wife took me out looking for a house in crafton. very knowledgeable and nice. — dan knows alot about construction he points out the bad and good things. things that need to be replaced and fixed. — — –prompt returning phone calls. — — -they are in allegheny county — — –bethal park — — –but they go all over.
