Data Retrieval saved lives! My second photographer used this service while on a business trip across the country! He tried with changing hard drives into another computer — with no success. He was in an absolute rush and needed his (my) photos back in less than 48hrs. After good words from friends that knew more about such problems I decided to check Data Retrieval website myself. Quick access, simplicity and success of their presented services convinced me to tell him to go for it! Worth every penny for him. He received the photos and other documents his computer back in 44 hours. Their Emergency service is like a locksmith when you need him the most he said! Trustworthy and professional!

Where do I begin? My laptop had crashed and had no means of retrieving my important files and pictures that were irreplaceable. Now, I was a bit skeptic to find someone who was reliable, so I took it upon myself to search online. Data Retrieval’s site was helpful. They gave me a free quote and spoke with a specialist, who gave me options of time to retrieve my data. Emergency service is quite expensive ($ 999), which made Premium the best choice for my decision. They were able to recover all of my files from previous school work, such as projects and pics from years ago. Website is easy to navigate, and I like how they keep count of successful data recoveries.

Terrible costumer service — could never get ahold of anyone. Even though this company could not retrieve any our data, they randomly took out money (over a 6 month period) from our bank account without telling us. Data Retrieval didn’t even use the same account that we had with them otherwise we would have caught it sooner. When we called them, they claimed they sent an email regarding all of the fees that they would charge (which they did not as we have everything on file) and refused to refund us our money. Everything that they told us over the phone did not match up with our bank account or written agreement. Data Retrieval also goes by many different company names — suspicious yet? You should be! This company doesn’t even deserve one star. According to their website, they have received 31 complaints and counting from the Business Bureau. Data Retrieval is a scam. Please save your money and go to a professional!
