Dunkin’ Donuts

Long wait and my order was wrong. Didn’t realize until I got home, the six pittsburgh cremes I ordered had no cream inside. This is one of many times they have screwed up my order Will not ever go back here which is unfortunate because it is so close.

This is one of the most inefficient dunkin donuts I have ever been to. I have done the drive through and actually gotten out of the drive through and walked in. The staff is friendly and maybe stoned most of the time. I got 2 coffees, the person that took my order made my coffees but neglected the 6 customers behind me.
Again the coffee is ok but the service is sub par.

I really dislike this place, and I probably will never go to another Dunkin Donuts again because of the horrible experiences I have had here.
If you want a quick coffee and donut, do not stop here. They have a drive through which one would think would be quick, but it is just the opposite. I have waited in the drive through line 10 – 15 minutes just to order and then wait another 10 – 20 minutes for my food/​drink. This happened several times.
So I decided I will start going in, since the drive through is never time efficient. Well. that was just as bad. Again several times I waited 5 – 10 minutes for my drink which was usually just an iced coffee.
The final straw for me was when I went in to order my ice mocha coffee. I waited for about 7 minutes and the man preparing my drink hands me a small hot coffee. He realizes that isn’t what I ordered so instead of making the correct drink, he puts ice in the hot coffee and gives it back to me. At this point I was already maybe going to be late for work so no use in complaining and waiting another 10 minutes. I wrote corporate and explained everything to them and they sent me coupons for drinks there. Needless to say those will never be used and I will never be back.

It’s Duncin Donuts, so you decided to read the review on a Duncin’ Donuts? Are you Canadian and not familiar with the concept? It’s kinda like Tim Horton’s but you know, less Canadian.
If you want coffee and a donut, this is the kind of place you stop, additionally they have breakfast sandwiches… but stick to the donut and coffee, the sandwiches are meh…

The food’s ok, like any DD, but the service is S L O W, always. Thought it would improve with time but it hasn’t…

Good coffee, good selection of doughnuts… good breakfast spot for someone budgeting time or providing last-​minute faire for a morning meeting.
