Quality work, Excellent service and very friendly staff. All of this is not usually easy to find. I found myself pulling into their parking lot after hitting a patch of ice. They weren’t even open yet and let me and my dog come in. Helped me arrange a car and took care of everything. More than pleased.

You are correct, we have never done business for the simple fact that your company failed to meet their obligations when called upon. After my car was involved in an accident-it required a lot of repairs. This was the closest place to where the accident occurred so I decided to give them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient Elite collision was. My car was done in less than a week and they kept me updated on everything! Great customer service! And they even made sure to use volkswagen only parts-which really made me happy. My car looked amazing when I went to pick it up! I highly recommend Elite collision. You can feel safe putting your car in their care.

While on a weekend trip traversing the roadways of Pittsburgh, my friend had an accident with a semi-truck in my newly purchased Lexus. The tow truck driver recommended Elite Collision so my friend had it towed there. I live 250 miles away in Virginia and I was petrified to know that my car was in an accident and that it was being taken to a shop I knew nothing about. Fortunately, the tow truck driver knew what he was doing and sent the car to the best shop ever! The accident happened on a Saturday afternoon. Elite stayed open late to get the car in and helped him get a rental car. They stayed late in the day to get everything taken care of. Lesa, the office manager, was very helpful answering my friends questions, and mine. After the insurance companies finished fighting over who was at fault, Elite was quick to order parts and get to work on my car. Dave, the owner, initially told me it would take about 10 days. I checked in every couple of days, and to my surprise, he said that it would be done a week early. I was thrilled to get this news! So thrilled, I bought him and his team a pizza lunch. I was again nervous traveling to Pittsburgh to retrieve my car because if something was wrong, I would not have much recourse to get it fixed. Lesa met me at the office on a Saturday morning and the car looked FANTASTIC! The car looked better than it did when I picked it up from the Lexus dealership. On my way home I noticed excessive road noise so I called Dave and he said to get it into my favorite shop and see what they thought it was. A road test verified that it was a wheel bearing that was going bad due to the accident. Elite, again, was amazing. They worked directly with my insurance company and my shop in Virginia to remedy this problem. While it was another day in the shop, it was rather painless. I feel compelled to write a review for Elite not only because they did such a wonderful job fixing my car, but the service I received was far superior to what I was expecting. From start to finish, my expectations were exceeded. Their service standards compare to those of Nordstrom’s or the Four Seasons. It’s really that good!
