I brought my own prescription and have decent eye insurance that gives a pretty hefty allowance towards frames. Check in was a breeze and I was looking at frames while I was waiting for an associate to come help me. Super helpful, but the frames are all Luxxotica branded (think Michael Kors, Ray Bans, etc) and start around $ 160+. After I picked out a nice set of frames, I sat down. This is where it got weird. She started adding things on (Transitions Lenses, anti-​glare with a warranty, scratch resistance) without asking me. I had to had her review the order before I confirmed it. She was pushy and kept trying to upsell me on things I had NO use for. Once I was able to get the glasses I wanted, then I was rushed to the front to be checked out. I’m not sure if their positions are commission based or what, but I’d definitely say stay away.
