Ate a doughnut from here and 10 minutes later had an awful stomach ache that warranted a visit to the toilet. :(There were a lot of little treats that looked enticing, but I don’t think I’d visit this place again.

I found this little bakery accidentally, and was not disappointed. My first trip was a mix of donuts and paczki. The buttercream is good, and the donuts fresh. The jelly is your standard jelly filling, nothing spectacular. The cream filled donuts with glaze are too sweet even for my tooth, but it didn’t stop me from eating them. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I did not think the prices were reasonable. I certainly wouldn’t rate them $$$, maybe $-$$(at most). I got a paczki and cream filled donut for nearly $ 2 – that would be similar to a Dunkin Donuts – where the donuts are usually shipped in from off-site. I haven’t tried the cakes, and they appear to be your standard bakery cakes with buttercream frosting. I also have yet to try the cookies, but that will be in my future.

The worst bakery I EVERSHOPPEDIN !!! Nothing is good here — cheesecake is cheap whipped cream topped with cherry pie filling. Rum cake is a total joke — old and I couldn’t even swallow it – I only went back 3 or 4 times because I thought I just didn’t choose the right thing(you know the maybe it’s me syndrum) WELLITWASN“T ME !!! Everything I purchased was bad — Bread(stale), Cakes(dry), Cheesecake(don’t even call it cheesecake) etc. etc. Save your money —-Much better off at Shop and Save or Foodland.

Extremely rude lady works there on Sundays. Called at 1:50 p.m.and wanted to pick up a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I was told that they had cakes available but to hurry because they close at 2:00 p.m. sharp. I arrived at 1:58 p.m. and the rude lady would not let me in. She kept pointing to the clock. Pool customer service. I will NEVER go back.

As we’ve traveled through Mt. Lebanon over the past year or so, I kept catching a glimpse of a bakery, barely inside my line of sight. We whizzed past it so quickly, that I couldn’t even catch the name of it. One day just weeks ago, I made it a point to slow down and do some commerce at this suburban shopping center wonder. After milling about and hand-wringing over what to purchase, we headed home with bags and boxes full of sugary desires… Chocolate chip cookies with the consistency of cornbread filled my mouth, warming my heart, tickling my expectations. A massive, chocolate jimmie-flecked battering-ram of Swiss Roll iced by a heaven-sent buttercream and a dense, moist cake had me orbiting the sun as I indulged. Brownies as fiercely fudgy as the most teeth-rotting candy bars stuck to my palate as I pined for cold chocolate milk. Poppyseed bread packed with the honeyed caviar/opiate it is named after had us hallucinating. Resembling cannons, chocolate-dipped, yes, chocolate-dipped lady locks stole everything else’s candy-coated lightning with flaky shells like baklava and inner frosting from Manna. Graham’s is currently in its 50th year of operation, building an arsenal of pastries in ambitious secrecy. If there ever was a sleeper smash of a bakery in the South Hills, it is Graham’s. And you thought Bethel Bakery had the final confectionery say in this sector of the Pittsburgh Metro Area, didn’t you?

Graham’s is tucked away among a few other stores that I rarely ever visit. The few times I have gone to Graham’s the folks have always been very nice and have introduced me to a few different fatty and sugary treats that we all crave now and again. Each product I have had has always been tasty and fresh. I will come back once I work off the extra calories from my most recent visit.

LOVELOVELOVE the cookies in this bakery. It’s a little too convenient to where I live(Shops on Mount Lebanon Blvd). There are these ones that resemble snicker doodles in appearance but they really have dark chocolate mixed throughout them… YUM! .it’s making me want them right now. I mostly get cookies so I cannot really testify to other products(though I’ve tastes plenty of things). I cannot really image other things being bad. I will update the review as I try other products.
