Guardian Storage

Despite its location in the heart of the Strip District, the Guardian Self Storage here actually has ample (and free!) parking. The office staff are friendly and extremely helpful /​courteous whenever you have any questions or problems. I never had a storage unit before and wasn’t sure what I was getting into, but they walked me through all of the details and explained line by line what I was paying for. I especially like the indoor loading docks and heated /​air conditioned hallways. Moving your stuff is always so hard — they at least attempt to make is somewhat easier.
In addition to the storage unit, you have access to a truck that you can use whenever it’s available. They say it’s ‘free’, but it actually will cost about $ 21 for insurance or something (plus the cost of gas) to use. My only criticism is that you can’t take it for more than something like 20 miles round trip which posed as a problem for me considering that I had a bunch of stuff at my parents which is further than that. That would be my only caveat about Guardian. Otherwise, the storage facilities are excellent.

This Guardian Storage is located in a nice warehouse with great hardwood floors. If they converted it to apartments I would try to rent there!
I had a great experience with short term storage here. Beautiful, well-​heated facility. Well-​trained and courteous staff. Secure, covered loading dock. They even had a «free» truck (costs like $ 20 for the insurance) for moving day. Really amazing experience.
Also this place has windows! You do not feel like you are in a Super Max prison while you are there!
Have had stuff in storage at a Public Storage in Maryland for a few years. Decent facility but this blows that place away.

Since moving from a 3 bed room town home with a grage to a downtown apartment, we needed to find a place for our «other «stuff that wouldn’t fit into the apartment.
Guardian was a perfect fit, the free use of a truck to move every thing we wanted to store to their facility — and best of all, the cleanest warehouse I have ever seen. Even the rest rooms are better than you will see in nice restaurants!
This is a clean, modern facility — and the management team is very helpful and courteous.
I feel that our items in storage are safe & secure.
