Kmart Stores

I am giving Kmart 2 stars only because as a corporation it does not seem to be focused on keeping up with retail trends or their consumers. They haven’t remodeled their stores in years and expect their employees to keep up with less. I do not enjoy shopping in a Kmart but I truly value the dedication and great customer service their employees provide to their shoppers. I hope the Kmart Corporation will consider some major changes in the way they operate their stores and business.

So, it’s Kmart. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all.
It’s crowded. and I’m not talking about with people. They cram so much stuff into their stores that it’s hard to get around! I HATE that about Kmart. Just thinking about it gives me anxiety.
Also, I’m not sure if it’s just the crowding but I always feel like taking a shower after I go there. I feel like I’m dirty or something. Probably just the anxiety from feeling squished.
It’s a shame because all of that said, you can find bargains here. Everyone that I’ve met that works there has been super friendly and helpful. I got my bathroom décor and towels there for a steal!
The store has everything you could need at great prices and I don’t think the quality is really any different from a place like Target. I go here from time to time, sometimes just to browse. I’ll probably start shopping there more often too.
Definitely check out what they have online, like the other reviewer said. Decent furniture again, at a great price.

What is Kmart even about anymore? This, geographically. is the closet Kmart store to my house. I do like the ship from site to store option. I purchased a microwave online at
and was able to pick the microwave up within two days at the West View store.
Another thing worth mentioning, if the Kmart that you are shopping at is out of stock of an item, they will check local Kmarts to find the item and have it sent to your store.
That can come in handy around Christmas time.
Mostly I purchase cleaning supplies and home gardening supplies and also I am able to find pretty cheap Halloween costumes. I steer clear of the food and shoes.
I have also purchased pillow cases, men’s shirts and shorts, socks and my latest buy was a wallet and wide brimmed hat.
I’ll continue shopping here because usually I can find good deals.
