Lendable Linens

Lendable Linens got an urgent order ready for me with only 24 hours notice. I picked up the linens the day before my wedding and they were quite nice. I’m grateful for their help and for being flexible with returns. Keep up the great work!

The linens were the only bad part about my wedding.
We had two head tables and had asked for two colored tablecloths (the rest were white) and LL only put the colored tablecloth on one table. Their excuse was that our reception place had told them we only had one head table. My response was that LL had the contract with us, and they should have called us if there was any confusion.
Second, we had chair sashes tied on each chair. They tied them incorrectly and they all fell down within the first 20 minutes. It looks so sloppy, I was furious and embarrassed. The whole room looked gorgeous with the exception of this. When I called LL, the woman (who I will not name) said that they’ve never had a complaint before and that the person who installed them had been doing so for years. This excuse made no sense to me. Also, they said they wanted to talk to the reception hall before resolving anything with us, which made my feel as though they didn’t believe my claim. We sent them a photo the following day from the wedding which showed all of the sashes messed up. The immediately refunded all of our money. I greatly appreciated the gesture, but it was too late. The damage had already been done, because the woman had already been rude to me on the phone by not apologizing immediately, by making excuses and by trying to pass the blame.
