Holy cow they are so slow. I’ve been waiting at the counter for 15 minutes and not one person has acknowledged me. Update: they lost a star because the woman with short hair and glasses gave me a b*tch face.

I can not say enough nice things about this place. I was shopping around for new eyeglasses and they were probably the 6^th place I visited in two days. When I walked in, a «hostess/​concierge» type woman greeted me with a smile and asked what brought me in that day. I was left alone to casually peruse frames for a while and never felt like someone was being pushy or too «sales-​y». She came to check on me and gave me a tray to hold my choices and explained the service they offer to take your picture wearing all of your different frame choices so they can show them to you side by side on a screen to help you make a decision.
When I was ready to meet with an optician, Kelly was fantastic to work with. They employ only certified opticians, which is really important. I feel like some other retail eye care chains simply have salespeople who have only a basic knowledge of fitting people for glasses. Kelly did a great job of explaining just how glasses lenses are made/​cut and how my prescription would affect the frames differently. Ultimately, she helped me settle on the frames that best suited my face.
I also appreciated the fact that both people I encountered in the store introduced themselves by name. That’s a small, but very important detail. They told me my glasses would be ready in 7 – 10 days, but they called me TWO days later to tell me they were in! I’ll definitely go there again.

Really good! When my sister was out of contacts, we called in to see if they had any that we could have. They said that they did, so we went there and when we got there, they got it to us real quick and said that it was free! Free! Not a scam, because they didn’t even need our credit card!

This was a bit of a disappointment when I visited. We went in looking for replacement lenses for my scratched ones. We were given a price quote immediately of about $ 330. She never asked about what type of lenses I wanted, what coatings I was interested in, or what my insurance was.
After I pressed for more info we were able to get a price quote with my insurance for high index lenses with anti-​reflective coatings. The original quote was for basic plastic lenses. To get the insurance pricing she had to submit it as a claim and then cancel it if we weren’t interested in buying. This seemed unusual to me and she seemed inconvenienced when we said we needed time to talk it over.
In the end the interaction ended with her just walking off and leaving us at the desk. I felt less like a customer and more like an inconvenience because I didn’t say yes to the first price that was thrown out. The prices were all higher than we were quoted at other locations, so we likely won’t be back.
