I was referred here because of the severe pain that I was having in my feet. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. The day of my appointment the office called me to see if I could come in about 45 minutes earlier since they had some cancellations. I told them that wouldn’t be a problem. At that time I was in the city with my family, but left immediately to drive up to his office. Just as I was pulling into the parking lot, I received another call from the Doctor office asking where I was and telling me I was supposed to be there already. The person on the phone was very rude and trying to rush me. I got into the office and they rushed me around and were not happy that I had to fill out paperwork since it was my first visit. However I was prepared and already had the paperwork with me and filled out. So they rush me into the back and throw me in a room. The doctor came in and said he would like to get some x-Rays of my feet. Which was another moment of being rushed around and told to hurry up. While the doctor was going over the x-Rays with me and discussing what could be wrong his staff was telling him to hurry up the and entire time. I noticed that his staff had their coats on and purses ready to go. I realized I was the last appointment of the day and all they cared about was getting out of there. I would not recommend this office to anyone. It was a bad experience and I was treated rudely. I didn’t even get a good explanation of what is causing my pain, other than there is arthritis in my feet. After all this, the only solution that the Dr had for me was to wear foot orthotics. However I have been wearing them for years. Now I have been trying to get a hold of my x-Rays for weeks and they won’t call me back or assist me at all. It is was and is a very frustrating place to deal with. They were so unprofessional and rude.
