McCandless Floral is FANTASTIC! My family used them for my sister’s bridal shower /​wedding and all of our arrangements were beautiful and fresh. We got several complements. Janet was such a pleasure to work with and also very accommodating. She worked with our budget and didn’t pressure us into higher priced arrangements, which a lot of places do. Their deliveries were always on-​time and accurate, and she even included paper towels to keep things clean.
McCandless Floral made the whole, «wedding-​flower process» stress-​free and I 100% recommend their business!

Used Teleflora to deliver flowers to my sister for her birthday. They used McCandless as the florist shop. Very disgusted. Arrangement was nothing like what I ordered. I complained to Teleflora. McCandless florist contacted my sister to say that I was cheap and the if I paid more than $ 50 then it would be nicer. They had no business telling her that about my gift. Very unprofessional. When I called, the owner lied to me and said she never said it. However, her phone number was on my sister’s caller ID. She was screaming and yelling like a mad woman. I hope Teleflora drops them as a florist. Terrible customer service. Sends whatever they feel like and not what you order. NEVER use them again. Too many other good stores with great business practices out there to use.

We ordered an arrangement to celebrate our daughter’s new job and were so pleased with the beautiful results! They found the PERFECT container and created a stunning arrangement. Fabulous!

McCandless Floral is the best! Janet always rocks beautiful arrangements for all of my clients. Her staff is welcoming and friendly and there is ALWAYS something new in her store when I come in. I would recommend McCandless for all of your flower needs, big or small. She fulfills daily requests for my clients for flowers, fruit baskets, gift baskets and also does events like weddings. We never have complaints when it comes to McCandless!

Once again, I am back to order two baskets of flowers from McCandless Floral. I have done business with this site for more than five years. Why? Because I am never disappointed. I know my baskets will be delivered on time and with the freshest flowers that will last and provide a pleasing bouquet for the friends who are the recepients. I have ordered funeral baskets and birthday vases filled with beautiful flowers that take my breath away. How did I discover this business? Well, this business delivers the flowers for our church altar. So week after week I observed the quality provided.

I had a very positive experience with this florist. I wanted to send flowers to a friend in a nearby hospital and I’m in California. I called on a Sunday, and although they were closed, she took my call. She was polite and helpful and agreed to take my order. After helping me select the appropriate arrangement, she delivered the flowers herself within two hours. They were stunning and fresh, and I am very pleased. I would certainly recommend this florist based on my most positive experience.

If you are planning your wedding and need any sort of flowers I will suggest that you steer clear of this place. Every bouquet was wrong, the bridal bouquet had half dead flowers, the large podium flowers that were in ever single picture were completely wrong and hideous. The corsages for the mothers and grandmothers were dead, and the cheapest pieces of crap you have ever seen. This place is not cheap, they are about middle of the road on price and they do a horrible job.
When asked to come back and deal with the flower issues the owner stated that she was too far away and she would deal with it on Monday. She did not offer to come back and address the issues and she was quite rude when we insinuated that we would like her to.
There are much better flower shops in the North Hills, read all the reviews before going to meet with them. It will save you, I promise!
