McDonald’s

This Mc D’s is very clean and friendly, I’d say the only thing I didn’t like is when the young lady taking my special order (I know its not BK .lol) got something simple totaly wrong and was charged extra for items that are included.
The manager that was working was very nice and when I mentioned I was told I would be charged again for the item I already paid for but didn’t get, she took care of it!!!

I appreciate that Our orders were hot and prepared correctly. Thats saying alot in this day and age. Maybe they had to run off to the farm to slaughter a cow for our burgers. I understand McDonalds isn’t exactly on
par with morton’s, but it would be nice if someone would have told us it would take a few minutes to receive our drive through orders

I never thought I’d give a 5* rating to a McDonald’s (and equally surprised that this McDonald’s doesn’t have any reviews yet).
My husband and I used to go to the other McDonald’s (next to Trader Joe’s, which I’d give 1*!!!) only to think, «that was a shady experience» too many times. I didn’t realize there was another McDonald’s (slightly hidden) about ½ a mile away!
It’s crazy how these two McDonald’s differ. The one by Trader Joe’s is probably the worst McD’s customer service I’ve EVER experienced while this location is probably the best! They’re quick. They’re polite. They get your order right.
I don’t expect all fast food chains to have the same standards and I’m fine with that but just know that this is probably the McD’s you want to go to around Shadyside/​East Liberty.
