Never made it to the spa. They have an answering service that answers the phone. This is fine, but the service doesn’t actually book appointments nor do they know anything about the services offered. You give the answering service a few days/times you are available and wait for a call back. If you miss the call back, you have to call the answering service again and start all over. So silly. Give the answering service the ability to book appointments and eliminate the frustrating run around. After 3 tries to schedule an appointment I gave up. There are enough great spas in the area who will actually book my appointment.

My overall experience there was bad… not only was she arrogant but she was also apparently inexperienced with the laser, was like no other IPL facial I had before(no gel, went over face once on a very low setting, had no brown spots come to the surface, zapped eyebrow and it still hasn’t grown in).
