Just like the other reviewer, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Much to my pleasant surprise, as I have never been there, I received a coupon in the mail for a free bracelet with $ 100 purchase. I do have a full pandora, but it only has about three real pandora charms. The rest are cheaper versions. So I thought since it was a day before my birthday I would treat myself. I had three charms in mind that I wanted and knew spending the $ 100 would be an easy task. So off to Shadyside Pandora I went. Worth mentioning-this store is a mere block from the parking garage. Use it. Trust me. Now I’ve been to Pandora Vegas, and Pandora South Hills. Vegas is nice, bigger than South Hills but not what you’d expect– at least not what I’d expect from Vegas. They aren’t exactly snooty, but for Vegas it’s just a little too stuffed shirt and not very flashy. They do have some limited Vegas only charms, which I like. But overall, the selection is lacking. South Hills is awful. I am heavily tattooed and not to sound conceited but I have gorgeous work. It’s not trashy and its definitely art. I dress well(I am not rich, I’m middle class, but I’m clean and presentable when I go out.) you know that scene from pretty woman where Julia Roberts walks into the boutique and they look at her like she crawled out of a dumpster? That’s my experience at South Hills Pandora. Not here. Not by a long shot. All of the women were incredibly friendly and genuinely so. They were helpful, happy, and not the least bit pushy. The store was larger than I’d seen elsewhere and it was immaculate. The glass was spotless the cases well maintained and the décor was very tasteful and a bit more personal than I’d seen elsewhere as well. I won’t shop at another Pandora. Ever. This one is fantastic. And the selection was incredible. They were well stocked with the newest charms and some older ones that were supposedly retired as well. A+ all the way!

I feel like this may be a strange place to review. A chain jewelry/charm store in the middle of Walnut Street. More often than not I find myself annoyed with the service on Walnut and the snooty attitudes that employees can carry. I understand that you work at a store where you sell $ 600 blenders or $ 200 jeans. But, I have plenty of attitude of my own and if you want to dish out your holier than thou ‘tude I’d kindly like to remind you you are indeed working retail most likely on an hourly wage and are probably not the 1%. I am envious of some retail jobs and the discounts that come along with it, but the attitude you can receive in some of these places makes me very happy to buy online. Moving on, the reason why I write this review is for the excellent service I received at Pandora today. I walked in to buy a belated Valentine’s day gift from my boyfriend as we both took the day off of work. I was greeted by Harriet, who’s name tag said she was the Assistant Manager. She was helpful, taking her time with us, and not at all pushy. She gathered I really only wanted to buy 1 thing, and didn’t try and sell me 5 additional charms. I left my bracelet with them to be cleaned and she said she would wrap up a gift the boyfriend had purchased for his mom. We returned an hour later to my clean shiny bracelet and a little bag to store it in. The gift was packed up so nicely in a bag with ribbon. Although we didn’t drop a large amount of money in there today. We were treated like VIP’s and would have no problem returning to the Shadyside location. Maybe some of the other stores on Walnut should take notice.
