I am unfortunately stuck here due to a corporate contract but am going to make sure my company rethinks this and move out of here ASAP !! The staff is the most unfriendly and have a carefree attitude. I have no water in my apartment for 2 days and the building manager was rude and raising her hands stating she is helpless and cant do anything about it !! This is not the first time either. The windows don’t open in my apartment and they couldn’t do anything about that either. I have been living with it closed for a long time. God Damn corporate contract tying me to live here !! Please do not choose to live here, especially considering the careless and rude attitude of the building manager.

I’ve lived here over a year and I absolutely love it. I was out in the suburbs for years and living Downtown is everything I always wanted and hoped for. I feel that the convenience of having everything within walking distance is worth the little bit more you have to pay for the location. I also think, compared to other Downtown properties, the PG is very well situated geographically. Centralized on Penn Avenue makes the theaters, restaurants, bars, and the Strip District very convenient.
The building is well maintained and the service is excellent. Any issues that need addressed are typically taken care of within 24 hours. The Management staff is no-nonsense and very efficient. Events and gatherings are held to help the residents mix and mingle, and I’ve made numerous friends. I appreciate having a 24 hour doorman. If I happen to be out late alone I know that I can call the doorman and let them know I’m on the way, they’ll keep an eye out for me and make sure I get home safe & sound. That being said in my nearly 15 months here I’ve never had any serious issues with people on the streets, anytime, day or night. I understand this is the only building in the Golden Triangle with a 24 hour doorman. All this being said, I wanted to have a greater hand in the PG experience, so when a position opened up in the Management Office, I took it. For the last three months I’ve worked AND lived here and I love it.
