Pricy, fast-​build construction. Can hear neighbors every move (upstairs walking and blasting surround sound/​television, dogs barking, baby crying next door at all hours). Living next to the door is a bad idea. There is an alarm for people to get in and because the doors are cheap and people pull them shut, they break constantly and slam. Upside to City Vista is a nice clubhouse, convenient location to getting downtown, and the pool is a nice feature in the summer. I won’t be renewing my lease because they are outrageously priced for the quality of living I’ve had, but this spot may be a good fit for others depending on the type of neighbors you have and location of your apartment.

these are just for advertisement to attarct more customers. we moved in november and still haven’t got out refer money yet. I went to ask what was happeing to my refer money and i was so disaapointed with their customer service. they didn’t offer to help me at all and said that they can’t pay me the referal money becuase it was not filled in the paper work. it was thier mistake to fill out improper form intenionaly or uninterniaonly i don’t know however this is one of the reason i wouldn’t be staying here any longer starting next month!!!

I gave 4 stars I would give 3 half if I could. I’ve been here since October and can now give a honest review.
First the pros. The entire staff is wonderful. From management to the leasing agents to the maintenance staff. Always friendly and pretty quick to answer or resolve any issues. Location is great, in greentree but hidden away so you have a safe secure secluded feel. The apartments are new and the craftsmanship for the most part is pretty good. Great size bathroom almost to big. Decent size walk in closet. One suggestion if you have the opportunity to get a unit that has a fireplace I recommend it. With the fireplace on, I rarely have to use the electric heat.
Cons
Small living room. I have a regular size sofa and love seat and it really is a tight fit. I didn’t have room for my normal size entertainment unit. The lighting even with all the lights on it feels very dim and there isn’t a light where the washer and dryer are so it does make it tough doing laundry in the evening. Some basic maintenance issues but anyone who has ever lived in a new complex knows there are some hiccups along the way.
Overall I recommend. And can’t wait for the pool to open in the summer.
