I have a few requirements for a day spa. It must be relaxing, have professional service and atmosphere, and attention given to detail. I have a few preferences, like for the décor to be updated, coherent and clean. Essentially, I want to walk in and feel welcome, appreciated and confident in the services I’m about to receive. Unfortunately, Pure Image failed to meet a number of these requirements and preferences when I went for waxing services and a «spa» mani-​pedi. I decided on a 2 star review because some of the employees were very nice to me, and I think were doing their best. A 2 for effort, girls.
