I don’t like writing negative reviews but this one needs to be written. I spoke to Mark the owner to arrange the services I needed. I was very specific and read them to him from my list. He sent someone out to repair my doors-3 of them. One they repaired that day and 2 they took to the shop. I paid nearly $ 800 for the repairs. When the repairman returned 10 days later with my 2 screen doors($ 200 each) he expected me to reinstall them myself. When I refused he reluctantly installed them. The one door did not«run on the track» and sounded like metal on metal. He told me it was due to paint on the track. Over the next week I checked both screen doors and it was not paint on the track. He had not properly installed the door and one of the rollers was off the track and another one was broken. I spent 2 hours getting the roller back on track and then used a file to reshape the flattened track. Why? because Mark THEOWNER refused to send someone back out to fix the screen door or the broken roller and 4 of the screws that they put to hold the screen fame back on were too short and popped off within 2 days. He did send me another roller and told me to install it myself because he was not going to send anyone back to fix their mistakes. I’m not sure that is the definition of customer service-actually it is customer dis-service. Mark, the owner is a bit harsh and way short on manners and customer service. If you need service for anything I recommend that you go somewhere else because if you have a problem he will not make it right. He got his money and that is all he cared about. I guess he is bury enough that reputation does not matter. Hope you will heed this advice.
