Going straight down the middle in terms of a rating for Reid’s. They were one of the food trucks at trunk or treat near Pitt today. Decided to try the black bean and corn burger. Here’s the thing; it wasn’t a burger. Calling it that implies that it stays together and doesn’t fall apart in the bun. That’s exactly what mine did. Within three bites about half of the«burger» fell out of the bun. Simply put, there was too much being and corn mush on the sandwich. Frankly, even when I try putting the top part of the bun on, I had to fold the mush in half. I’m sure any physical location of this place is great and I bet the other food is good too, as my «burger» was very tasty; but there was way too much served.

ReidsFreshExpress catered our grandparents 50th anniversary. We had Italian chicken, penne pasta, mixed vegetables, roasted potatoes and tossed salad. Delicious food. They even made the dressings. Ranch and HoneyLime. Yummy! Definitely will use them again.

Sitting at Draai Laag starving and this truck shows up. Hoping for a salad yet there was none. My husband had the Reid steak and I had the mother clucker. Both were delicious along with the chips. Nothing left over. Worth trying.

Insanely good! Very addictive though, and there have been days when I’ve driven across town to get to where the truck was that day due to intense cravings. Also it was easier at first when I’d always get the Reid Steak. After trying all the sandwiches and snacks, it is now very stressful trying to decide which one to get because they are all so absurdly delicious! They have something for everyone. beef, chicken, pork, veggie, salads, soups, etc. My favorite restaurant in town!
