Ordered two custom wall decals back in Mid December. My card was charged on Dec 22 with a Unique Number I could use to track my package. When I use the number it says no item found. The USPS label was printed on Dec 31 for two day priority but post office says Right On The Wall printed it but nothing has been mailed yet. No answers to emails nor a phone number. Terrible customer service.

My original order was perfect. The second was cut bad and scratched. The replacement for the defective order was also defective. You guys really need to work on your customer service. Both products you sent me were defective and you took no responsibility and made me feel bad for saying something. Every response was defensive and trying to prove me wrong and you right. I don’t appreciate conducting business in this manner.

I ordered some wall decals on November 9 and was charged just under $ 60. I still have not received my order and it is almost Christmas. I tried calling the company but they don’t have a phone number. I bet I know why! Hmmmm could it be that their phones would be ringing of the hook with angry customers like me??? I started a dispute with my credit card company and that should solve everything.
