Took my wedding ring to Sears jewelry dept to see if they could resize it (I bought a lot of fine jewelry here and am happy with it). The ring needed sized and had small crack in top edge (ring is 20 years old). They had said the pattern in the ring wouldpossibly be disrupted in a few places. Figured as much told them to go ahead anyway.
Well to my surprise they not only sized it, the top edge split had been soldered and the ring polished to a far thee well! Also the pattern of the ring looked fine. It was like a brand new ring! Very happy! And the price for the service was reasonable ! Excellent job guys! Just excellent!

I’d like to thank Bruce, the smooth, affable, no-​pressure sales associate who hooked us up with an affordable new vacuum cleaner after our old one went kaput. We went in angry and confused and came away clear-​headed and satisfied thanks to a very helpful, honest employee.
Department stores such as Sears make me sad since they remind me of Wal-Mart’s ice cold dominance.
