Was told would get full refund back including service charge to upgrade to different ticket package that is more expensive. Phil in finance only gave me a partial refund. Employees at customer service dept and finance (Phil) are very rude and argue with you and then hang up on you when you ask for a manager. Most unprofessional, non-​quality, non-​customer service company I have ever dealt with Will never use any company that uses this company for tickets again.
