I went to this location yesterday and waited over three hours. I left there without my problem fixed. Go to the Mt. Nebo location they see you right way and correctly.

There is no reason you should walk into any store and wait for 30 minutes while a worker engages in idle chit chat. I would have appreciated a «Someone will be with you shortly» or something. 2 other people had been waiting longer than me and they also walked out of the store. To me, this is unacceptable. I don’t expect the world, but I do expect my time to be valued when it comes to my wallet.
