homogenized coffee… having just moved to pittsburgh you guys seem to LOVE your starbucks.
what makes a barista happen for me? a design on the top of my cappucino… with the lid on when you give it to me…
the high volume here makes the place kind of impersonal and i guess that is what you can expect from this chain sometimes.
not bad… not great.

As busy as this Starbucks gets they always treat you special. Like special in a good way. Not in a «special» way. Ya dig?

I really wish I could say good things about this location. I’ve gone back a few times in hopes that it would get better, but alas, it’s hasn’t. They often overcharge me for breve (half and half). No other location has done this, and an extra 60 cents on top of an already expensive drink isn’t worth it. Today I ordered an iced coffee. It tasted watered down. I’m going to stick with the William Penn Starbuck’s from now on.

The newly built Starbucks in the Oxford Centre is modern with a fairly open floor plan. The managers are sweet and the baristas care and give great service. It’s also a really convenient location.
