Hmm, my experience here wasn’t horrible, or anywhere near the other reviews experience. Maybe in the amount of time between these two reviews things have changed? I decided to run in here quickly before work the one day and grab lunch for my shift. When I reached the counter I though I may have made a mistake. The people ahead of me had the same idea. There were two large orders ahead of me. That didn’t deter the«sandwich artists.» They steadily made it through the line, even making mine as quickly as they could. Check out was a breeze and I was on my way. Food wise it is the norm for a Subway, so I can’t rave about that, but in a pinch I would stop back here.

Pathetic customer service. When you walk in and get to the start of the line, you’re lucky if the ghetto employees stop their conversation. The most you usually get is that they look at you. No «How may I help you?» or «What would you like?» They just stare at you. The other day, they put my sub in their nuclear-powered oven for 1:30, and got belligerent when I complained that it was burnt(the edges of the bread were dark, hard and crumbled like burnt charcoal). When I said that they had put the sub in for too long, ghetto employee #1 said«Well there’s a difference between burnt and crispy.» Yes, a$$hole, there is: Subs should be crispy. That one was burnt. Just bypass this Subway and go somewhere else.
