I brought my 11 month old son in for his first haircut and had a fantastic experience. She was so good with him. I will definitely go back.

I needed a trim and was in the north hills area waiting for bobby to finish up at his 2^nd job. I honestly didnt want to pay $ 40 to get 2 inches cut off of my hair so i decided on supercuts. Sara was my stylist and she was so beyond friendly. We chatted while she did my hair and it was a nice time. Thankfully i only needed 1.5 inches cut off. Next time i need a little trim, ill head back here. $ 16 to cut off 2 inches of dead hair is a deal!

Only giving 1 star because there is no 0 star option. And I am NOT the type to call corporate or the manager or to even make a big scene but I am so disgusted with this place, including the manager! Usually when your unsatisfied with something you call the manager and hoping they will be the nice one and solve your issues. No. Not here.
I went in for an eyebrow waxing and the girl that did them asked me exactly how I wanted them done. I explained and she asked if I wanted an arch. (I didn’t have an arch when I went in) I said no. She took literally 20 mins on my eyebrows and and took 15 mins on my right eyebrow alone. (She also stated that they were getting very busy and that she’d rather be back here taking her precious time then going back up to cut hair, as she makes fun of a handicap customer that just walked in) Anyway, after she waxed, she plucked and plucked and plucked. she made me sit up 5 times to «make sure they were even.» When she handed me the mirror she said «I know you said you didn’t want an arch, but I did it anyway» and she giggled. My eye brows are so thin! My right eye brow is much thinner then my left. She only left me ¹⁄₃ of hair on my right eye brow that I came in with. My left was also thin, but not as bad. What made me livid was when she said «I know you said you didn’t want them arched, but I did it anyway» following by a giggle.
Apparently this is a franchised owned super cuts. So the corporate people did not care. I called to speak to the manager and she was just as rude and careless. She hung up on me so quick, it was ridiculous. No one ever said sorry. They did not make me pay but I am scarred for good. I look ridiculous. And the girl who did them said shortly after «well I like them, they’re cute me.» Let’s switch eye brows then?
I will never ever go back. I am not calling for a free anything, simply to let them know they need to hire professional people and to train their staff better! Because this is unacceptable. Warning everyone before this happens to you. Save yourselves.

Decent hair cuts, but sometimes it can depend on who you get. I recommend them more for guys who don’t want to go to the barber. Definitely check out the supercuts website before you go in, you can sign up online and they will send you a $ 2 off coupon. Cuts are currently $ 16.95 for the basic no shampoo men cut.

Called an hour ahead and still waited an hour when I got there. Would have left if I didn’t really need it. The associates didn’t seem to be in any hurry either. Definitely avoiding this location.

I came in right before their closing time (oops!), and they still took me as a customer. The woman who cut my hair was nice, and the haircut was pretty good. I appreciate that they stayed open a bit late for me. Even with my generous tip, the total price was reasonable.
2015 update: I have visited this location many more times. Today I had a different person do my hair. She was nice. She took her time with making sure that my ends looked good, which I appreciate. Including a 20% tip, a wash, cut, and partial blow-​dry costs $ 25.

I know how crazy I might look for giving Supercuts 5 stars. But I’ve frequented this location numerous times and the staff is always very friendly and I always get the simple cut I want. I’ve never had a long wait and if I think they might be busy, they offer a call ahead service. Prices can’t be beat.
If you’re in a rush and need a good cut fast, hit up this Supercuts. For reals.
