Stopped in today because needed to return something I purchased online. I was told that they were having a sale so I looked around and found some cute items.
Ari asked if she could start me a fitting room –of course I said yes! I went into the fitting room area and to my amazement there are fans in each room. I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for this. It’s hot when trying on clothes.
My return and checkout experience was flawless. Ari was polite and kept good conversation during checkout. I just can’t say enough about her –customer experience was A++++++
I will be back no doubt.

I needed an outfit on the fly. I walked in 15 minutes to closing time, which you think would illicit irritation from the staff.(I would be irritated) Ari was amazing. She helped me find shoes, pants and a sweater. She also let me change in the fitting room so I wouldn’t be late to my event. Above and beyond.

As a Plus Size woman it is hard to find clothes that are well made, affordable, and. Stylish. Torrid is a dream come true for me. I love their fun and funky clothing. They have all of the up to date styles at affordable prices. They have Disney items, British flag designs, and skulls. I happen to like those things. They have casual wear, underwear, lingerie, pretty much anything you could think of all the way to dresses. They also have shoes and all kinds of accessories-​belts, tights, sunglasses-​all of the things girls love to buy. The sales people are super friendly and helpful.
It all translates into an incredible shopping experience. RUN! Don’t walk! And see for yourself how wonderful it is. Plus they have a rewards card. Yep, it just keeps getting better and better.
