I bought 10 hours service from Groupon to update the electricity in my house. They have a nice online scheduling system to request what day and time and what type of project you want to do, although the user interface can still be improved a little bit better. At first, the guy showed up one hour later (he explained he was lost), empty hand. we weren’t very happy about that. We have called ahead to ask them if they need us to buy the material beforehand and they replied no. Half of the day was wasted. But good thing is that everything turned out well. this guy immediately called an electrician to come over to look at the project and made an appointment to go to HD/​Lowes to buy material together. All of the above wasn’t counted in the 10 hours. The electrician was very professional. He made several good suggestions on the project to save time which means customer’s money. It was estimate to be 15+hours job and he managed to finish it within 10 hours. Happy with the service. Will definitely use them again when I need a handyman.
