We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Troy Granite! Everyone we encountered was so professional, accommodating, polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with us while we made our granite selection. We ended up completely changing our granite selection, and made several modifications, and they were more than accommodating to us. The installation crew did a perfect, outstanding job, and we are so beyond pleased with Troy Granite, that we are writing this review just hours after the installation. We highly recommend Troy Granite and will definitely spread the word!

Nice product, but gave us an outrageous price. Once we checked out prices in other places and realized that it was not in line with others in the industry, we called them back. They cut their price in half to be competitive. But I don’t like companies that take advantage of naïve customers, so I won’t go back.

We had granite installed in a bathroom and they did such a good job that we had them come back and install granite in our bar in the basement. These guys know what they are doing! They are professional and their installation is perfect. They have a good selection of slabs to choose from and their prices are reasonable.

These are the people to trust with a critical job
I am a veteran DIYer with years of experience working on my own home and rental properties. I handle so much of my own maintenance and renovation largely because I understand very clearly that my expectations of fine homebuilding value and service are often unrealistic.

My project manager very quickly understood my level of home repair experience and made several suggestions that saved me quite a bit of trouble and money in my overall kitchen renovation. This is not a company that looks for the unknowing customer to take money from — this is one that welcomes those who ask the hard questions and know the exact value of the work.
On installation day, the company sent a professional with fourteen years of experience and his apprentice to do my installation. I’ve read multiple articles on how to install an undermount sink on granite, and I had a good idea what constitutes a quality job. The installer who put in mine worked using specialized tools and techniques that guaranteed an installation whose strength and precise positioning I could never accomplish by myself.
The last time I saw this level of consistent quality, expertise, and pride in working with stone was in Europe, by families who had done it for generations. I never expected to find that sort of thing in Pittsburgh, but here it is, proudly serving this community. Troy Granite has earned my trust, respect, and gratitude.
