I came to this Urgent Care because I was dehydrated after the Pittsburgh marathon and needed to get an IV for fluids. The front desk lady was very kind and professional. I was called back into the room within ten minutes. Once I was called back into the room, the nurse who took my vitals and took care of me was wonderful! Unforunately I did not get her name, but she had brown hair a little longer than shoulder length, middle aged, and pretty. She was extremely kind, had great bedside manner, and was a great nurse. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Walked in with an elbow injury. The nurses are rude and I spent 45 minutes in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the back. Was diagnosed with a «bruised nerve» and told to take Tylenol. Thank you for wasting my time and taking my money and telling me to do something I have already done before I arrived. Left and went to the ER where the real problem was found and treated. Save yourself some time and go to the ER where the competent doctors work.

I’ve gone twice to this particular UC Center, and they’re the best. Both times it has been for rather bad sinus infections(season changes kill me!) and both times I was in and out in less than an hour with antibiotics already in-hand. For the most part the staff seems not only nice but also well versed in how things are supposed to work. The intake process is painless and they usually have you checked in within ten minutes of arrival. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious, while the actual examination rooms are rather modern look(equipment wise). Sometimes when you know what’s wrong or if it sneaks up on you waiting for a «normal» doctor to have an opening in their appointment books is a hassle, so having a high quality option like this for one-time fixes is most awesome.

If this review were being processed by UPMC Urgent Care in Robinson it would be as follows: Broke toe Vitals checked Xrays taken and examined Post-op shoe provided and adjusted Recommendations given, phone numbers provided for referrals Discharged Time elapsed — 30 minutes. Unreal. But it’s NOT being processed by UPMC Urgent Care, so i’ll take a little EXTRA time to say this. The facility was clean and well-appointed. The staff was courteous and right-to-business. The visit was fast(30 minutes from the time i walked in(without appointment) until I limped out the door). The sole complaint might be that there was no wifi connection, but this is ameliorated by the fact that I never had time to enjoy the wifi because I never had to wait long enough to open the browser on my iphone.

Very nice visit despite me being so ill. The office was clean and comfortable, the customer service was friendly and no time was wasted. The time of the day I went probably had something to do with the speedy service but since I’ve never been before or have nothing to compare it to I can’t speculate on it. I was immediately taken back and seen, didn’t wait very long for the doctor to come in and do her thing either. She was a very down to Earth woman, easy to talk to and friendly as well. I was in and out, questions answered and was surprised when I received a follow-up call the next day checking to see how I was doing and letting me know to call if I had any questions or concerns. Customer Service at its best! Two thumbs up!
