lost my phone. just found out the insurance i bought from them is only good in cellular connection stores, so when you call Verizon it is useless. to top it all off, i went down at 8:30 pm on a Monday. clearly says they are open till 9pm and the sore was closed. that is unacceptable

Terrible. I waited 25 minutes to get a 10-second answer to my question. Implement some customer service triage instead of flirting endlessly with the female customers!

The employees at this location are really helpful and nice. The location is also great for me since it is right on campus. The employees were also very open to helping me promote an on-campus event for one of my classes so I really appreciated their help and support.

I was really excited when this store opened, because I thought it might be nice to deal with a smaller store rather than a corporate store. Well, unfortunately that was not the case. They basically conned me in to pre-ordering & pre-paying for the new iPhone 5S beforehand telling me I would be one of the first to get it. I had class the morning of the release so I figured if I prepaid I wouldn’t have to wait outside & all of that. They gave away the phones to the«VIP» Customers and are telling me my phone won’t ship until next week. I am just beyond frustrated because I thought me paying ahead of time meant I would get my phone on release date or it would ship on that date. But this was not the case. They need to be honest, I am disappointed in how this all happened. I should’ve gone to a corporate store when it opened and I would already have my phone.
