Best customer service! I ordered balloons for a surprise party and Keith was awesome! I had no ideas in mind and he was very helpful coming up with what I needed. Keith kept in touch with me up to the event, and the before there was a terrible snow storm. It was so bad out but Keith braved the road ways and saved the day! On time and every thing was beautiful! Thank you again!

Now the second time I have used Wacky Jack’s and they keep getting better. They are inventive with the singing telegram and so easy to work with on timing and scheduling. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and their service.

I was very very happy with the service wacky jacks provided! They were terrific from the time that I called. They communicated with me through email which I really appreciated. Sometimes it gets hard to answer the fun in time. The sining clown was on time and the personalized song was great. Thank you guys! Will be using you again in the future!
