Terrible customer service. I was hoping because it was a little local bank that they would be able to help out with little things I need. Like cashing a check once and a while. My other bank is hundreds of miles from here. They were not able to do that. The last straw being I take a certified check from an Insurance company in to have it cashed and still no help. They don’t seem to be up with the times. Not to mention NUMEROUS little nickel and dime fees
Look elsewhere. Not worth it here
