Awesome experience! Got two piercings, my rook and tragus. They were super professional, had a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I placed an order online with them on March 23rd, got an email confirming my order. A few days later my credit card was charged, then i waited a week and still nothing. So i sent them an email asking them if there was a tracking number on my order or if they could tell me if it has been shipped/when they are going to ship it, but i never got a reply. So i waited another week, and still nothing. So i decided to call them and ask about my order, and the guy on the phone told me they had shipped it out on friday, april 6th. A week later, today the 13th of april, i recieved it, yet on the postage stamp it says it was mailed out on the 10th of april. They handled the matter very unprofessionally, and what makes things worse is the jewerly had very flat sharp tips instead of nice rounded tips, which made it a little painful to stick in my holes.
