It was not bad but it wasnt excellent either. The employees here are all really nice. The mani pedis are decent. They stock a good variety of nail brands too. And now the bad. The methodology of services seem to be lacking. The massage technique was lackluster. The facial products stung my face and i had to ask to have it removed. Afterwards my face was still red from the experience of the extractions and from the harsh products (extractions seem to be done by her fingers and not by an instrument). They also do not use a hot towel to wipe u down after the massage and this is a problem because they have no spa facilities to shower or wash up. I would say that i have had better experiences with similar type of spas at other moderately fancier nail salons in nyc. If i were to come back here i would do just the mani pedi only. It wasnt terrible here but i wouldnt do the whole experience here again.

My wife and I received services from the spa on two different days on our honeymoon in the Berkshires. The first day we had hot stone massages, and the second day we had pedicures and facials. Everything was so great! From the atmosphere, to the staff, to the extra special touches they added for our honeymoon (like fruit, cheese, and mimosas!), I can’t speak highly enough about the whole experience. Also, the services we received were high quality. It was great to feel so welcome, comfortable, and pampered! I would definitely recommend a visit here!

Sandra H is a new Massage Therapist at Elle Day Spa and all I can say is WOW! I have been to Elle several times and have had different services off the massage menu always with Sandra. She is thorough, caring and compassionate. She has experience with Reiki, Myofacial release and Cranial Sacral, Positional Release Therapy and specializes in Deep Massage. I also have had friends who have gone to her for prenatal massages and reflexology. If you are looking for a great spa with a wonderful massage therapist Elle is the place, ask for Sandra.

I love everything about this place. The girls who work here are funny and sociable without being intrusive and the pedicures are seriously the best I have ever had. My best friend lives locally to this spa and whenever I visit her from CT, we try to get to Elle for a special treat. We always leave happy.

I’m sorry to have to do this. I went with a girlfriend and we made appointments for two, 80 minute deep tissues massages. At $ 110, these were on the «cheaper» side, in comparison to other spas… however and unfortunately, the massage technicians had no idea how to do deep tissue massages. The massage technicians did not have the skill level nor the expertise. We left feeling upset and disappointed that we had just spent collectively (including tip) $ 250 for a horrible massage. Do not go here if you expect a good massage.

Running on very little sleep, I stopped in for a «help me look rested/​younger!» conversation. Emily took incredible care of me, even giving me samples of the Pevonia Caviar line.

I sent my wife there for an afternoon and she came back a revived women! We’ve had so much snow in the northeast, this was a perfect idea from a friend and Elle delivered! I’ll remember this again next Valentine’s Day.

I went to Elle as a gift for a girls’ day and we were all very pleased. I’m not a spa connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination — in fact, I’m a little skeeved out by the idea of laying mostly-​naked on a table and having a stranger touch me – but I really liked the soothing atmosphere here. The smaller size of the place gives it an intimate feel. All the staff was very friendly and my masseuse asked questions as he worked to make sure that I was happy with the level of pressure he used and areas he focused on.
My visit here was gifted, like I said, but the prices posted on Elle’s website are very fair. Who knows — maybe now that I’m over this hurdle I’ll be getting naked on tables more often! Wait… that came out wrong.
