I ordered kapusta &kielbsa.Well the kapusta was just saurkrate guess who ever did that up doesn’t realize cabbage is in it not just saukrate. A polish lady I knew taught me how to do that up. What my hubby ordered wasn’t any better. The service was just as bad. She never asked how our meal was yet asked the people behind me & behind my husband. Never asked if we wanted desert or another soda. This is one place we will never go back to. Even when we went tp pay we stood there 10 min before taking our money stood right there talking about the night they went out .Bad food Bad service

Delicious blueberry pancakes, huge portions, and great prices! We came here for breakfast twice because of the food and friendly service! Just keep in mind that they accept cash only

Come here all the time with my mom for breakfast. It is a great place to sit and chat and everyone is very friendly. The breakfast items are a very reasonable price. The service extremely fast, by the time I order I have my breakfast faster than if I went through the mcdonalds drive thru!

The classic diner food is good. The place has always been packed on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Breakfast is very tasty the pancakes and hashbrowns are delicious. Lunch is good too. Bring cash because even though it is pretty cheap they do not take plastic.

Only open for breakfast and lunch. A real diner feel, with counter service or tables that fit four, and folding chairs if you bring a fifth. Fast service, plentiful refills on the coffee, and decent prices … but cash only.

We’ve been to Kelly’s every Saturday for the last six months. Their breakfast is solid and their service a friendly and attentive. It can be hard to get a table on Saturday morning, but the short wait is always worth it. The pumpkin pancakes are delicious! I hope the keep them year round.

I work just down the road from this place and have had both good and not-so-good experiences with the service. The food is inexpensive and just OK… it’s diner food. That’s why I’ve gone there in the past. I love the«architecture»…traditional diner look and feel. When I have gone for lunch, I like to get the small spaghetti which satisfies my craving for pasta and it comes out quickly for less than $ 4(with bread). Get’s me back to work without a lot of waiting and a fairly large portion for a «small» spaghetti. When I’ve been there in the past, I see what others have talked about in their posts. The service can range from fairly friendly to plain ‘ol unfriendly. On the whole, I’ve been lucky with getting the right server I suppose. But…the last time I visited, we brought someone who’s sister didn’t come along because she won’t come to this Diner. We talked about how we’ve had pretty good luck. We actually talked it up a little. But this time, service was downright unfriendly. So we were a little embarrassed we brought a guest and talked it up. I doubt we’ll go back. Left a bad impression that tends to linger. Maybe next year we’ll give it another go. I do love the whole Diner experience. For now, we’re giving it a break. But I think there are plenty of folks who come to this place for the Diner experience. Always seems to be fairly busy, good location.

It’s a dive, but we were on a budget. Good food, great service, great value, clearly a lot of locals. If you’re looking for a cute brunch place, this is not it. Just solid diner food. Bathrooms were also clean.

KELLY’S! Thank you for saving me from the glut of pricey mediocre Berkshire breakfasts! The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and they advertise Men’s Bible study on their placemats. Everyone seems to know each other there as well, which is nice.

A very poor breakfast experience. I love brunch foods and I’m not too picky but this place is way below par. Small and stuffy dining area with unfriendly faces. The staff just stared when you walk in and don’t ever warm up. The breakfast potatoes are out of this world bad. I think they are mixed with tomato sauce or something that makes them red and sweet and they are pretty mushy. The Berkshire sausage was nothing special. We had the cheese omelet, and while it had a decent amount of cheese there wasn’t much taste. I wouldn’t return here.

I love this place for lunch. Only problem is no credit cards!!! But, friendly people and inexpensive great food. They also are only open for Breakfast and Lunch but since I am only in town during lunch that is fine with me.

My grandfather was a short order cook and after he retired he always took me here when I was little. It is a townie place, full of nostalgia for me. While I can’t visit my grandfather anymore, I can come back here for the pancakes, french toast or the hot chocolate, just like what I used to get as a kid. These days I get the poached eggs, hash browns and toast with coffee, just like he used to get. Make sure to sit up at the counter for that authentic diner experience. On Saturday morning you can judge an establishment by the line out the door. Kelly’s never disappoints. Skip Friendly’s and go to a real diner.

i gave it 4 stars based on my historical knowledge. i was born in the Pitts so naturally i’ve been here more times than I can count. The place is one of your best bets for breakfast food. There is NO Denny’s within 25 miles of Pittsfield so(thankfully) you are forced to go somewhere local. I haven’t been here in a few years so perhaps when I go again it’ll get 5 stars. The hashbrowns are very good.

I’m surprised there’re no reviews here considering the popularity of this place. Always busy for breakfast, Kelly’s is where you want to be. The staff is courteous. The place is cozy. The food is tasty and solidly portioned. And it’s perfect if you’re on the road. Small complaints are that I always end up surprised at how much I spend there. Maybe it’s because the food is so tasty. Maybe it’s because my friends don’t pay their way. It’s not expensive but you may be surprised like I usually am. That and sometimes the wait is kinda long. Small complaints. I don’t come here often because it’s a bit out of the way for me and is often busy(a testament to its quality). But it was a perfect place to meet up with friends for breakfast before long drives back to school. Try the breakfast sandwiches.
