I was a regular customer here for 3 years mainly because they have one technician that I liked. I finally stopped going because it’s dirty, only ¹⁄₃ of the staff understands enough English to interact with customers. When there is something a customer is unhappy with they never offer a refund or try to make the customer happy. It’s take it or leave it. They reuse nail files. Their pedicure massages are awful. Lots of slapping and pounding of the shins. They sleep in the pedicure chairs. There are small dogs wandering the salon. I put up with this until the final straw-​I called for an appointment and could not get my normal technician. I asked her to book me with someone else who would do a good job. She said she couldn’t and to just walk in. That was my thanks for three years of 20% tips. Suggest you not go here.

They do not use fresh files or pumice stones, didn’t use a base coat. My technician kept cutting my cuticles to the point where they started hurting. I kept telling him to stop but he did not understand what I was saying. At the end of my session, they put my flip flops back in the bin to reuse. Not the most sanitary experience and not the best with communication
