Been here twice and left full and happy. Cute little gem with delicious food. The French toast is so tasty. Service was perfect as well. I will be back!

My daughter and I had an excellent breakfast here today. She got the eggs Benedict with hash(which the waitress taught us is called an «Irish Benedict») and I got the french toast with berries and maple syrup. We both had coffee. On a very busy morning, the food was brought promptly, everything was extremely tasty and done perfectly, and the service was incredibly friendly. Even a waitress who wasn’t working on our table came over to chat. After my debacle of a breakfast at Otto’s the day before(see my reviews), this was such a delight. The location is a bit weird, being in the middle of an office building(the al fresco seating was not really fresco), but don’t let that stop you.

We had Sunday breakfast today and each of us agreed it was a wonderful meal. My seven-year-old had berry pancakes, I had a mushroom, spinach and cheese omelette, my father-in-law had the hash, wife also had an omelette, and everyone loved their meals. My side of bacon was crunchy and delicious. Service was great at well. 5 stars!

This tiny jewel, tucked inside an arcade, offers fresh, delicious food, excellent coffee, homemade bread and fresh fruit in lieu of hash browns, at a modest price. Went last year and returned again to find the same high quality. A must visit!

I’ve had breakfast there a couple of times. Excellent food, good coffee and they make real homefries, not those pre-frozen square potatoes that some other breakfast joints use. Friendly service, also. Enjoy!

Always have been a fan but haven’t been able to get there in the recent months. Had an opportunity today to go for breakfast and as usual, it was amazing. The only bad thing I can say about On A Roll is having to make a difficult choice about what to order since everything on the menu is tempting. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, excellent service and reasonable prices make it a favorite destination. If you haven’t been, you need to go. If you’re a fan too, you already know what I’m talking about.

Super place for breakfast with friendly staff and creative menu. Loved the lemon ricotta pancakes and homemade sausage. The wait staff went out of their way to accommodate the kids and special dietary needs. This will be our breakfast stop whenever we’re in the neighborhood. Special shout out to the waitress, Jana, who took care of us the last two times we dined at On A Roll.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! I was in Pittsfield for a wedding, staying at the Crowne Plaza and stopped by On A Roll Café for breakfast. The food was awesome and the restaurant, while small, had such a warm and cozy feel, and the staff was friendly and accomodating. I ordered the sweet potato and bacon hash and also sampled some of the buttermilk pancakes we ordered for the table to share. The pancakes were addicting! So fluffy and delicious. I was sad we didn’t get the chance to grab breakfast here again on our way out of town!

Great food and service! We drove up here from Rhode Island to look at our venue. The manager remembered us and wished us a happy marriage for our upcoming wedding. Great people and great food!

Found inside a bldg w other shops, we came here by accident and hungry. Cute place. Vegetarian and some GF options. Server was helpful. 1. Warm grilled vegetable salad– the fried goat cheese button and the dressing made it tasty. 2. Lentil portobello burger w slices baked sweet potato fries and a really good pickle! Bill was under $ 20

I’ve been here twice for dinner with family. I’ll be back again… The restaurant is nice and quiet for easy conversation, yet with fun music playing in the background. The location is ideal inside the the central block building, with easy free parking on McKay street. Lots of creative choices on the menu. All the meals that were ordered were enjoyed. The spring rolls and crab cakes are especially good appetizers. Fish and chips were a favorite in our group both nights. Very friendly and helpful waiter. I highly recommend going, it’s a nice place to have a quality meal and avoid the loud scene at other downtown area eateries, and high prices of Lenox and Great Barrington.
