Met up with a friend who happened to be in the area for work as well. She fancies herself Irish pubs so it was no surprise we landed here. She was already at the bar so I grabbed a seat and a pint of a local brew. Service seemed to be pretty slow here, but it also seemed pretty busy for a Monday night. We were there for over 2 hours but not because we liked each other’s company. It took that long to order and then have the food come out. Overall the food was ok, I would probably not ever get the baked potato there though as it was really tough and felt like it was in the oven all day. The carrots and scallops saved the visit. Would I come here again? Probably not. Too many other places to check out in the area.

I’ve been going to Patrick’s Pub for years and last night experience was so pathetic I’ll never return. The service was so awful I ended up leaving hungry. After we were served one drink I think the waitress went to shoot-up heroin in the back alley. I almost ditched on the bill because I was hoping to get somewhere that would serve me before they closed.

I’m a regular at Patrick’s because their food and drinks are delicious, but I never knew how amazing their event staff was until I recently I hosted a baby shower there. I’ve thrown a lot of events throughout the years, and this was the smoothest, less labor intensive one I’ve ever had to manage — and that’s because the amazing staff and planners at Patrick’s take care of everything! What made it amazing… — Shana met with me before the event and asked what I wanted… and made it all happen with zero push back, despite my small budget. She made sure the room was set up exactly as needed, table cloths and napkins were in colors of the shower theme, arranged beautiful flower arrangements, and helped plan a delicious menu! It made everything so easy on me. — They let me schedule the party during their regularly closed hours, so we had the place to ourselves. — They opened a bar for the guests, and allowed the dad-to-be and some of his buddies hang out in the bar area(so they were there, but not in the event room with all the ladies during the shower… they appreciated having their ‘own’ space to hang) — The staff was so accommodating on the day of the event — between throwing out additional seating for guests who didn’t RSVP to making sure the food never got too low — they were delightfully pleasant the entire time, even though we had them running around like crazy. It ended up being an amazing, memorable event — thanks Patrick’s!

The drinks were great. The service was terrible. We sat at the bar. Had 2 drinks. It was over an hour. It didn’t seem particularly busy either for a Saturday night.

I love Patrick’s. Their drinks are delicious. I have yet to get a drink that I don’t like. Their wait staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to generally love their job. Their food is also pretty good.

Their drinks are very good for starters. I got a martini and it was delicious! Our waitress was super nice and got us refills for our drinks without us even asking! My only concern was that I ordered a blooming onion and it was VERY salty… It was still edible, but it would have tasted much better if it wasn’t so salty. I overall had a good experience here and would go again!

Great food and atmosphere. I love coming here! The parking can be a challenge if you don’t know the area but worth it. My favorite is the hand made mozzarella sticks and the hand made peanut butter pie. Wing flavors galore. The drink options are pages long as well. Another great option for dinner before or after a movie at the beacon!

Good food and great atmosphere. The staff was excellent, very attentive and friendly. I’ve visited a few nearby locations that I will probably not offer a review. This deserves the 5 stars for what it is. Good food, drinks and fellowship. A NE bar in it’s fullest form. Cheers

Stopped here after a hike at Mt Greylock and both my gf and I agree that the fried mozz was absolutely phenomenal and the sangria was great. The service was very attentive and polite. Our entrees were huge and delicious.

We’ll start with the good. The chicken tenders were large and tasty. The chicken wings(traditional flavor) were tasty but overpriced. The person who took our order over the phone sounded annoyed and grumpy. When we picked up our food, the staff was equally unfriendly. The blooming onion was mushy and greasy. The sides are small and at $ 0.75 each, are overpriced also. I would not go back.

Stayed at the Crown Hotel, quick easy walk, late night sit down menu, good portions, decent beer menu, worth a look. No frills place but like any Irish pub, you can’t go wrong.

I came here for dinner with a friend and we were asked about a preference of seat and then were seated right away. The hostess and waitress were both very accommodating and the wait time was just right. I ordered the homemade mozzarella to start which was to die for and my friend ordered a side salad(she’s been here many times before as this is a local favorite). I had the pub club sandwich and she ordered the veggie wrap and we were both very satisfied with our meals. I brought half my sandwich home for my husband since I got so full and he loved it as well. My friend also raved about the beer selection and the cocktails sure looked tempting(I’ll have to go back since I’m pregnant and couldn’t try any). Overall, I would recommend this place for their good service and good food!

This place was super busy when we got there but I think that’s because of the bar. I didn’t indulge in the beverages, but I did try the scallops and baked potato. The food was just ok. There wasn’t really anything I’d coming running back for if I come back here for work. Everything just felt average.

Meal was ok — I couldn’t believe how small the portion was though I did think that they can give more food — the price was a little more then average pub. Friendly staff — which is always a plus

In a town with restaurants that cater to tourists, Patrick’s is a true local establishment. You will see the people who live and work in Pittsfield who come here often and have come for years. The food is fresh and well prepared.

Visited on 8÷14÷2014 Group of 4, and again, thankfully we had reservations. Even for a weeknight, this place was busting at the seams. I wasn’t too surprised, as the food is a good value. Service could have been much better; we were left waiting for a noticeable amount of time between being seated, providing drinks, apps, entrees, and finally the check. When the water was replenished, it was from a community jug that all of the servers share; it had run out of ice long, long ago. But, water is water when you’re snacking on wings. Speaking of the wings, they are pricey. They came as ordered(crispy and wet), and were very good. But $ 23.00 for $ 25.00 is a bit over a buck a wing. Tough to swallow when I can name several bars that have ‘happy hour’ wings where they are $.10 each. And before you think ‘Maybe they were ridiculously huge wings’; they weren’t. They were your average sized, run-of-the-mill wings. I’m not going to not get the wings here, and maybe that is what the owners are banking on, but they are expensive. The other entrees/sides were good and a total bill of $ 75.00 for a party of 4 isn’t too bad.

Great food; however, they have very minimal parking spots so you must hope for the best.

Not quite sure who the haters are bombing on Patrick’s, but you need to lighten up a bit. It’s Patrick’s, not Jean Georges in Trump Tower! Skiing Jiminy, staying at the Crowne Plaza, Patricks is a safe, quick walk. Located right in the center of town on the circle, the atmosphere is set before you even walk in. AND… when you do walk in… the first thing you notice are the really cool brick arch doorways, but you are quickly distracted by the über friendly hostess… WHOWASSOOOOOOACCOMMODATING!(Sorry, Guinness made me forget your name… so I’ll call you Angel, because that was what you were) I came in at 5:00 on a Friday and ask for two tables(one for our 8 well behaved kids aged 11 – 18 and one for 7 adults) and within a matter of minutes she had two tables in close proximity to each other set and ready to go. Not expecting such quick service, our party hadn’t all arrived, so we waited at the bar. Wouldn’t you know it, more friendly, attentive service! Mark took our orders and impressed me with his mad clover making skills in my Guinness.(See photo). We came for the wings… and boy did they bring they deliver.(See amazing photo) I usually only like the wings my husband makes, but boy was I impressed with these. We went from ordering 25 to 50 wings when we saw an order carried past our table, and it’s a good thing we did because the kids ordered 15 and soon learned they needed more! Like seagulls, they swooped in. And call me crazy, but I think they have a celery connection somewhere, because it was the most refreshing celery(and yummy… not overpowering blue cheese) ever! The mound of nachos with all of the mex toppings that make nachos fun, were just as pleasing. Nachos are not my first choice(has to do with food OCD… it’s too chaotic) BUT these Were Awesome!!! Fresh grilled chicken, guac, salsa… mmmmmm… My friends loved their Waldorf salads, they guys raved about the burgers, my grilled chicken sandwich was yummy. interesting roll… nice and fluffy :). The kids were very pleased with the quesadillas, burgers, chicken tenders, french onion soup, and my son couldn’t stop talking about the New England clam chowder vat they brought out. Don’t let those few negative reviews turn you away. They must have been in a bad mood when they wrote it. Patrick’s will be a part of our Jiminy trips from here on out.

Sucks. Small town minded people who treat their help no better than SS officers treated Jewish prisoners of war! Stay away!(And don’t read the BS reviews made by the owners). Rude, slow service, from servers obviously miserable about the way the owners treat other human beings!!! This is a nasty, hostile place that people work because they have no other choices in a small town. I wouldn’t doubt if the older owner enjoys his position of «power» and the«control» he exhibits over others!!! Well I do believe their is a special place in hell for people like this. I wish this place an utter and absolute failure! For example: my date and I watched the owner berate a server right in front of 20 customers! It was unbelievable!!! I understand stress, but I don’t understand how this guy feels ok about taking his stress out on his workers who are there making him money!!!(Especially when the bar was paid for by his father and given to him and his brother– he just doesn’t get how hard working for a living can be!!!)
